We are a cleaning services company which raison d'être is the client, together with looking after the environment where our employees and our clients’ employees develop their work, always taking care of our staff’s health and safety.

Limpiezas y Servicios Salamanca is engaged in offering effective, sustainable, comprehensive cleaning services,which are respectful with the environment, and paying close attention to our main asset: our professional, motivated and satisfied workers.

Human Sources

Currently, Limpiezas y Servicios Salamanca has a staff of around 600 workers, distributed in several different specialised categories.

After a strict recruiting process, periodical inner and external training courses ensure our staff’s proper preparation. We pay special attention to Health and Safety Regulations at Work.

An Equality Plan was implemented at our Company following the Equality Law of March 2007, certified by the Autonomous Community of Madrid.

Also, there is an Inner Communications Procedure inside our Integrated Managing System (IMS, SIG in Spanish) shared and known by all our workers, which allows them to contact an independent manager to ask for the study and assessment of extraordinary situations of harassment, discrimination, etc.

In addition, we employ a part of our resources to facilitate employability for people with different kinds of functional diversity. With this aim, we created a special job centre, Arcosia Centro Social, focused on creating quality employments.

Our cutting-edge machinery and vehicle equipment is in constant renewal. Our suppliers are specialised in the Cleaning sector, which contributes to our optimal, environmentally respectful results.

Every customer, regardless of the size of their Business, has a personal service supervisor, to guarantee a continuous follow-up, relying on a 24-hour call-centre.
